Taylor Wimpey completed the purchase of the former Wisley Airfield site in March 2020. We have been working closely with local residents and stakeholders to shape our plans for this new community, and are grateful for the time the community has spent taking part in consultations, community groups and providing feedback and comments.
This website is home to information about our plans so far, including our consultation events (Chapter One and Chapter Two), Design Review Panels, current emerging masterplan, and Community Liaison Group.
Details of our upcoming consultation will also be shared here.

The site and allocation

History of the site
The former Wisley Airfield is a site with a wealth of history. The site was formerly a grass airstrip before being converted to tarmac to test aircraft. The site has since been owned by multiple landowners and Taylor Wimpey purchased the site earlier in 2020.
